该项目由中交集团承建，位于内罗毕城市核心交汇处，项目为NSSF双子塔综合体，由A、B两座塔楼、大面积裙楼及地下空间共同构成：A塔60层、高260米，建成后将成为东非、中非在建项目第一高楼；B塔35层、高140米。项目集办公、高端商务酒店、服务式公寓、商业配套、会议中心于一体，是一座功能复合的大型城市综合体。项目建成后，将重塑内罗毕CBD城市天际线，带动区域商业与经济发展。

Constructed by China Communications Construction Group (CCCC), the NSSF Twin Towers Complex sits at the core urban intersection of Nairobi. The development comprises Tower A, Tower B, extensive podiums and underground spaces. Tower A has 60 floors with a height of 260 meters and will become the tallest ongoing building in East and Central Africa upon completion. Tower B features 35 floors and rises to 140 meters. Integrating offices, high-end business hotels, serviced apartments, commercial amenities and conference centers, it is a large-scale mixed-use urban complex. Once finished, the project will reshape the skyline of Nairobi CBD and boost regional commercial and economic development.

肯尼亚地处赤道附近，属热带气候，全年高温、紫外线照射强烈，雨季降水集中且短时强度大，昼夜温差显著，对防水系统的耐候性提出了更高要求。结合项目实际工况，九阳防水为其定制适配热带气候的防水系统，选用高耐候防水材料，兼顾抗紫外线老化、抗裂防渗与温差适应性，长效抵御赤道烈日与暴雨侵蚀。
